OnLine collects information from our users at several different points on our
website.
New
and Pre Owned Vehicle Requests
Vehicles
OnLine will collect and use your personal information to respond to your
requests for information on new and pre-owned vehicles. When you enter
this information on the request form, Vehicles OnLine will collect your name,
address, day and evening telephone numbers, email address. This
information will be provided to state franchised new and
used vehicle dealers who
participate in this program. If there are no participating dealers
selling your desired make of vehicle in your immediate area, we may forward
your information to a partner of Vehicles OnLine who will endeavor to fulfill
your request.
Vehicle Finance
and Refinance
When you apply for a financing loan, we collect your personally identifiable information [such as your name, email, physical address, social security number and birth date] and that of your "co-borrower" should you choose to file a joint application, to process your application request. We use RoadLoans to
provide auto financing and refinancing on our site. When you apply for auto financing or refinancing,
we will share the personally identifiable information you provide us through your loan application

Sharing Information with Third Parties
All personally identifiable information provided by our
users is used only as the user directs. Unless you give us permission to do so
or unless required by law, we do not use or disclose personally identifiable
